Chairman of the Board Ben-Zion Diamant has served chairman of the board of Digital Power since 2001. He also served as the company’s interim president and chief executive officer from March through July, 2008. Mr. Diamant has been CEO of Telkoor Telecom Ltd. since August 2008, and he served as chairman of the board of Telkoor from 1994 through July 2008. From 1992 through 1994, he was a partner and business development manager at Phascom, and from 1989 through 1992 he was a partner and manager at Rotel Communication. Mr. Diamant holds a B.A. degree in political science from Bar-Ilan University.Director Amos Kohn has served as a member of the Digital Power board of directors since 2003 and as president and chief executive officer since June 2008. His extensive executive-level management experience includes more than 20 years in convergence technology development, business management, corporate operations, and product management in the telecommunications, cable television, broadcast, and wireless platform solutions industries. Mr. Kohn’s background includes positions of CEO of TechLead, a corporation specializing in professional services and consulting services to telecommunications, cable television, broadcast, OTT, CDN and wireless industries (since 2003); vice president of business development at Scopus Video Networks, Inc., which develops, markets and supports digital video networking products (2006 through 2007); senior vice president of solutions engineering at ICTV Inc., a leading provider of network-based streaming media technology solutions for digital video streaming and web-driven programming (2003 through 2006); chief architect at Liberate Technologies, which specializes in telecommunications technologies for advanced media processing (2000 through 2003); and senior vice president of engineering and technology at Golden Channel, the largest cable television multiple-systems operator (MSO) in Israel, where he had executive responsibility developing and implementing the entire nationwide cable TV system (1989 through 2000). Mr. Kohn holds a degree in electrical and electronics engineering and is named as an inventor of several US and international patents. Director Israel Levi has been a member of Digital Power board of directors since July 2008. From 1989 to 2007, he served as an officer and held senior management positions at Harmonic, Inc., a provider of video delivery solutions to cable, satellite, telco, terrestrial, and wireless operators worldwide. These positions included senior vice president of worldwide operations and quality, senior vice president of systems and technology, and senior vice president of research and development. In addition, Mr. Levi has led numerous industry-first product and technology developments that apply to analog and digital video and data transmission over hybrid fiber coax (HFC) networks. These developments include the first fiber node, the first dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM), sub carrier multiplexed (SCM) transmitter, and digitized return path transceiver, all of which have gained wide industry acceptance and helped build the broadband infrastructure for the transmission of voice, video and data over cable. Mr. Levi holds a masters degree in electrical engineering and is named as an inventor on five patents.Director Yeheskel Manea joined the Digital Power board of directors in 2002. Since 1972, Mr. Manea has been employed with Bank Hapoalim, one of the leading banks in Israel. He has served as a branch manager at the bank since 1996. Mr. Manea holds a B.A. degree in economy and business administration from Ferris College, University of Michigan.Director Terry Steinberg has been a member of Digital Power board of directors since November 2008. He has extensive experience in high-growth enterprises, where he has directed expansion efforts organically and through mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Steinberg’s background includes positions as executive vice president of Provengo, LLC, a company that synchronizes and streamlines the procurement process for its Department of Defense customers (since 2003);.executive vice president of SpiderFuel, Inc., an e-business enablement software company at which he designed and implemented business development and roll-up acquisition strategies (2001 through 2003); executive vice president and then president of FotoLinks, LLC, an online photo-sharing, e-commerce company at which he directed the business development and financings, including the acquisition of a digital imaging software developer and value-added reseller (1999 to 2001); And president and CEO of PC Etcetera, Inc. (renamed Mentortech, Inc. after merging with Sivan, an Israeli-based high tech vocational training company), an international provider of high-quality personal computer training services to Fortune 1000 companies (1985 through 1999). Mr. Steinberg received a bachelors of science degree in applied mathematics/computer science and an MBA with an emphasis in finance from McGill University.
